Description

Schedule = 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Prepare baked goods including donuts, breads, pizza crusts, cookies, cakes, pies and specialty items 
  • Decorate baked products using piping, icing, airbrush and other techniques.
  • Develop and prepare original recipes
  • Work with and mentor college student employees.

Prerequisites

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months experience in baking in a high-volume dining service or restaurant or other related experience, preferred.
