Tiffany YehFaculty

Tiffany is currently a Visiting Assitant Professor and excited to be a member of Department of Health and Exercise Science in the Fall 2021. She has a variety of teaching experiences at varying levels from elementary to college, and has taught in different countries such as Taiwan and the US. She has taught different courses including Physical Education at the K-12 level, Physical Activity for Early Childhood, Health and Physical Education for Elementary Teachers, Motor Behavior, Lifespan Development, and Physcial Activities for the college level. Her dissertation research explored the teaching of volleyball by in-service elementary teachers. The research provided her with the opportunities to connect her teaching experiences in the US and Taiwan. She loves to play volleyball and had been a volleyball player for many years. She also loved being a volleyball coach and had coached volleyball (High school women's volleyball; College male's volleyball) for years in Taiwan. Outside of her teaching time at the college, she enjoys spending time with family, often camping and cooking together. She and her husband also like to invite international students and friends to their home to celebrate holidays together.
