Leadership development, Teambuilding, First year student issues, Fraternity and Sorority Life, and Hazing
I grew up in Red Wing, Minnesota. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from The University of Tampa, a small private college in Florida and my Master's degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I have worked at Gustavus for ten years, first as Assistant Director and now Director of Student Activities. In my current position I am responsible for Orientation, Greek Life, and Campus Center/ Student Union Management among other duties. I am also a Head Resident in Southwest Hall--our newest campus residence hall--which houses 190 upperclass students in both suites and apartments.
My family consists of husband Jeff and three daughters--Breeley, Piper, and Lyric. We love living on campus along with our two Springer Spaniels Murphy & O'Reilly.
