YouTube adds captioning to all videos that are uploaded. You can easily edit the captions to be more accurate or upload your own text file.

Each user in a Google Meet can choose to turn captions on. This will pick up and transcribe every user that is talking in the Meet.

Gustavus has a webpage that you can link to or upload your video. The page will caption it and you can edit the captions and download an SRT file that is compatable with YouTube, Google Drive and other video sites.

You can use YouTube or the Caption Generator at Gustavus to generate captions for you and you can download that SRT file and upload to Google Drive.
