Attendee InformationNobel Conference 47

Ticketing

Badges are being used this year instead of tickets. The bar code on your badge contains all purchase information about your order. This badge will be scanned each day when you enter the conference, the buffet lunch, and the banquet. You will receive a lanyard on which to hook the badge when you arrive at the conference. You will also receive a hand stamp for re-entry into the arena.

Those who have purchased “Reserved” seats will be allowed into the Lund Arena and guided to the reserved section in the front.

Those who have purchased “General Admission” seats may be seated in Lund Arena on the back half of the floor or in the balcony area. Seating is limited to arena capacity. When capacity is reached, the General Admission holders will be referred to the “Overflow” area. Please arrive early for best seating.

Those who have purchased “Overflow” seats will be seated in Lund Forum to view the conference on a large screen. Lund Arena may be open to “Overflow” guests as space becomes available.

Further Ticketing Information

Questions regarding tickets are handled at the information desk in Lund Center, located in the lobby directly outside of Lund Arena. To replace a lost ticket, please visit the information desk. Note that there are no ticket refunds; however, tickets are transferable.

Parking

During the conference, one-way traffic will flow in a counterclockwise direction on Campus Drive, circling the campus. Parking assistants will direct traffic to the nearest open parking areas. Parking spaces nearest Lund Center will be filled first. Many guests will attend the Nobel Conference, so please allow ample time for driving, traffic, parking, and walking to Lund Center.

Limited accessible parking for people with special needs will be available near Lund Center. Vehicles will be allowed to drive close to Lund Center for drop-off or pick-up only.

Valet Parking at Nobel Conference

Valet parking at a cost of $10 per car will be available thanks to students supporting Habitat for Humanity. Follow campus signs to the Three Flags site for registration.
