Plugs
Fundrasier for Injured Professor...Deborah Downs-Miers, a retired English professor and longtime member of the community, is recovering from a serious spinal injury. Earliest prognosis suggested complete paralysis, but she's one tough cookie. Her daughter, Marilla (a Gustavus graduate herself) is working around the clock in Bath, Maine to procure resources for Deborah's care as they search for a rehab facility. Please consider donating to Deborah's GoFundMe site.
"Plugs" is maintained as a forum by which members of the Gustavus community may offer goods and services to others in the community, or seek the same from them. It is not meant to accommodate ads or announcements from area businesses such as real estate agents and retailers, although from time to time such announcements may be published when deemed to be of particular interest to the community.
