Endgame and Other Short Plays by Samuel Beckett

Samuel Beckett’s unique voice captures life’s absurdities with rich language and dark humor. While Waiting for Godot may be his best-known play, Beckett himself believed Endgame to be his best work, and many critics agree. Other short Beckett plays including Not I and Come and Go, make up this intriguing evening of theatre.
Next Best Steps: The Gustavus Dance Company in Concert

Closing out the season will be Next Best Steps: The Gustavus Dance Company in Concert. A dance, just like a life, is created through a series of choices. In each moment, we assess the situation, gather necessary information and then make a choice as to our next move. Please join faculty choreographers Sarah Hauss, Jill Patterson, Melissa Rolnick and Michele Rusinko, guest choreographer and 2010 alumnus Jordan Klitzke, codirector of La Gringa Danza, and select student choreographers as they premiere new dances featuring their next best steps.
