Director's Housing

Gustavus Adolphus College has an excellent facility which is used to house campus guests. It is our pleasure to offer housing to directors (at no cost), based upon a first come, first served basis. The Retreat Center is located at the north end of the Gustavus Campus, with easy access to the Evelyn Young Dining Hall. Please understand that you will need to share a room with another director colleague in order to accommodate all requests.

Student Housing

There are two choices housing choices for your students on Sunday night:

They may be housed on campus in a residence hall room with our music students serving as hosts (no housing cost)
You may choose to have them housed in a local motel

Directors, please encourage your students to stay on campus with our Gustavus musicians. We work very hard to ensure an enjoyable and safe housing experience for your students. Please see our housing and meals information page for more details.

Hotel stays are separate from the Festival and are the responsibility of the directors and parents to coordinate. College personnel are not able to provide support or guidance for any off-campus student accommodations.
