ABSTRACT:
The Gustaf Rudell collection contains diaries written from 1898-1907 and three typed reminiscences and recollections of Rudell’s childhood, his first years in the United States, and his time at Gustavus Adolphus College. Rudell moved to the U.S. from Sweden in 1893. He attended both Gustavus Adolphus Academy and College from 1894-99. Some diaries are in Swedish.
