ABSTRACT:

The Lars Herman Beck collection contains the memoirs of his life, translated by Walter Eickmann, and a history of East Sveadahl.  Beck was born in Sweden during 1859, and died in 1935.  He was a student at Gustavus Adolphus College from 1878-81.
