Trees for Heart, Mind, and Spirit

Held biennually during Arbor Week, Trees for Heart, Mind, and Spirit is a series of events offered for the Gustavus Community to explore the wonder and beauty of the arboretum as a place to recreate, learn, and reflect. Brief sessions are held throughout the week over the lunch hour on topics such as tai chi, water wellness, birding, wind turbines, poetry, and meditation. The events are open to both the college and the St. Peter community.

The next Trees for Heart, Mind, and Spirit has been scheduled for April 2010.
