Gustavus Ambassadors at ASI

The Gustavus Office Suite provides a space in the Twin Cities for outreach to alumni and prospective students. It is located along a busy corridor within the Institute — ASI draws hundreds of people daily to the museum, cafe FIKA, and for programs and special events.

 

Gustavus is currently looking for alumni, parents, or friends willing to serve as volunteer Gustavus Ambassadors in the Office Suite on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Volunteers greet and welcome interested visitors into the office suite’s lounge area, engage them in conversation, answer questions, and share occasional special activities and displays.

 

Volunteer shifts are available:

Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Sundays 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Wednesdays 5–8 p.m.

Volunteers are also needed to represent the College at various ASI special events throughout the year.
