For the first time in the school's history, a college-based, independent, feature length film will be shown in the city of St. Peter. The Horsen Brothers presents The Fringe. Fifteen years ago, a terrible series of events brought fear, despair, and terror to a small, quiet city. The individual was declared insane in one of the most secretive and controversial cases in recent history.
