Description
Join us for Tea and Treats: What to do when it doesn't work: addressing fundamental problems in class organization or assignment design. Have you ever had a ˜perfect' idea for teaching that, when put into practice, flopped? In this informal workshop, we will share when and how we knew that our ideas weren't working and explore ways to address these challenging situations - even turning them into teachable-moments. Conversation facilitated by Margaret Bloch Qazi, Director of the John S. Kendall Center for Engaged Learning, Biology.
