Each year, the social justice theatre class conducts interviews about a theme, then creates and performs original monologues using the interviewees’ exact words and way of speaking. The theme for this year’s docu-drama is “Silence is the Loudest Noise” – an image that brings us stories about isolation, speaking up for oneself, communicating across cultures, and finding peace.
