Hugh Parmer will present a lecture on the ""Humanitarian Crisis in Darfur: Perspectives from the Field." Parmer is president of the American Refugee Committee, a Minnesota-based humanitarian aid agency which operates humanitarian relief operations in 12 countries around the world.
