Announcement: Plain Talk About Money & Credit

Sept. 29, Nathan Dungan, media's go-to expert on family finances and the effects of mass marketing on young people, will talk to 20-somethings and teenagers, parents, mentors and pastors on the subject of money, credit, and financial sanity. The event, scheduled from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m., will include presentations, breakout session, lunch and music. Cost of tickets: $15/person, or 1 adult free with paid youth in advance, or $18 at the door. Pre-register by Sept. 20. Event is sponsored by the Office of Church Relations, the SW and SE MN Synods, and the Mission Investment Fund of the ELCA.
