Please join in a virtual benefit Open Enrollment session to learn more about benefit offerings in 2021. The first session will be recorded for you to view at your convenience, if you are unable to attend one of the live virtual sessions. Please use the link in the Employee-l email to join today's session. 

Similar to last year, you will want to review your benefit enrollment elections for 2021 and make any changes effective January 1, 2021. New this year, we will be using the My Gustavus platform for benefit enrollment. See instructions on the new Benefit Enrollment webpage on how to access this new platform. The new Benefit Enrollment webpage will house all the information you need: recorded sessions, informational tutorial videos to maximize your benefits, insurance plan documents, and much more! 

As a reminder, you will be able to let your current elections roll-over into next year. However, you do need to actively enroll in Dependent Care and Medical Flexible Spending accounts for 2021. Additionally, if you wish to make changes to your 2021 Health Savings Account and/or 403(b) Retirement Account personal contributions, now would be a good time to do that as well.
