Description

The International Cultural Club (ICC) will be hosting a Lunar New Year Celebration in the Three Crowns Room on Tuesday, January 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. That night will be New Year's Eve. ICC will be providing free Asian food, atmospheric music and decorations. Join us as we fly to Far Asia to experience the ancient oriental culture and lively festive ambience.

Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year or the Spring Festival in Chinese culture, is one of the most significant and widely celebrated holidays in many East and Southeast Asian countries, such as China, Vietnam (Tết), South Korea (Seollal), and others. It marks the beginning of a new year on the lunisolar calendar, which is based on the cycles of the moon and sun.

The ICC is committed to bringing the diverse and varied regional cultures of the Gusties to the world stage. ICC wishes you all "恭喜发财!万事如意!" in the Year of the Snake, which means " Wish you a prosperous life! May everything go well for you! "
