As part of the Mind Your Health Week, the Counseling Center is presenting a series of three workshops helping you to develop healthy habits of mind and body. Find out how you can manage your mood with careful nutrition, improve your concentration and energy with healthy sleep habits, and how to make mental health a priority throughout your life. 1.
