The Golf Coaches Association of America released its third Golf World/Nike Golf Division III Coaches’ poll of the spring season and the Gustavus men’s golf team has climbed to the #3 position behind top-ranked Methodist and second-ranked Huntington. The Gusties moved up from the #4 spot despite losing a dual meet by three strokes to Division II Flagler College last week.

Gustavus will compete at the Wartburg Invitational on April 12-13 in Waverly, Iowa at the Centennial Oaks Golf Course before hosting the Bobby Krig Invitational at the LeSueur Country Club on April 21-22. The Gusties will compete in the NCAA Division III Men’s Golf Tournament on May 13-16 at Chateau Elan in Brasilton, GA.
