Slide status descriptions

Active

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, and is currently set as active by the sign manager of that sign.

Inactive

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, and is currently set as inactive by the sign manager of that sign.

Approved

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, and has been reviewed and approved by the sign manager.

Denied

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, but has been reviewed and denied by the sign manager.

Waiting

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, but has not been reviewed by the sign manager yet.

Queued

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, but the start time is in the future.

Expired

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, but the end time has been passed.

Ready

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged to an active sign, and is currently within its run time, but still needs to be activated and or approved by the sign manager.

Promoted

This status is only available to global admins, this slide is featured on every active sign on campus.

Orphaned

This status is applied to a slide that has been tagged with a tag that is currently not on any signs, and will not be visible until a sign is tagged with this tag.

Untagged

This status is applied to a slide that has no tags, it will not show up on any signs until it has been tagged.
