Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 months, Benefits-Eligible, Paid Hourly

**Night Shift Pay Differential = Additional $1.25 per hour for any hours worked between 10pm-4am**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Properly cleans and maintains multiple areas as assigned
  • Shampooing carpets, waxing floors, polishing glass, emptying trash, recycling, compost
  • Maintaining floors, cleaning wood, linoleum, tile, and other flooring types
  • Report’s maintenance concerns via work order request to appropriate personnel

Prerequisites

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work independently and be reliable 
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
