Cynthia Favre, Director of Career Management since 1989 has a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University-Mankato and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Morris with a Sociology major.

Cynthia role in the Career Center is to help students to name their gifts and talents and find places to use them in the world. She helps with job search tools and skills, manages campus recruiting program including employer relations and career events.
