Join a Be U Coaching Group!
WHO: All Gusties (assigned to groups of 6 students OR
6 faculty/staff members).
WHAT: Be U is a peer coaching program to realize your health goals and improve your overall wellbeing.
WHEN: Hour-long weekly meetings throughout spring semester 2014. There are 24 possible student meeting times and 7 possible faculty/staff times; you commit to the same time each week.
WHY: Take time for yourself and explore what is important to you with others in a interactive and confidential setting.
Learn how to be present in the moment, develop skills in deep listening, affirmations, asking questions, critical thinking, and self-awareness and acceptance.
HOW: Simply fill out and submit the appropriate Google Form registration below using your GUSTAVUS USERNAME,
or stop in the Wellbeing Center (located next to the Courtyard Café).
