Reservations may be made via phone by dialing "0", via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, or in person at the Switchboard Office (Room 26, Lower level of Olin Hall). Vehicles are reserved on a “first come-first served” basis. Please make your reservations as early as possible. E-mail reservations will be viewed during regular motor pool office hours.
Reservations should include the following information:
- Day, date, year
- Person making reservation
- Person using reservation
- Number of people traveling **
- Day, date and time of departure
- Day, date and time of return
** Large 10 Person Vans can only be driven by certified drivers. The drivers must have their certified training card and ID with them when driving a college vehicle. Certification is obtained through the Campus Safety Office (x8809).
Multiple reservations should be submitted on the multiple reservation sheet, or submitted via e-mail with the above information for each reservation.
A Vehicle Authorization and Invoice form should be completed for each reservation. They are available from your departments or from the Switchboard office. Please complete Section 1 with the department account number and chairperson/advisor signature of the department to which the mileage will be charged before attempting to check out keys.
***NOTE: College vehicles may not be checked out for personal use.
