This report of post-graduation activities of the Class of 2014 is based on self-reported information by graduates.  Information on employment, part-time/temporary employment, military, service, continuing education and not employed/not seeking was gathered from May 2014 through June 2015.  Information on those seeking employment was gathered from November 2014 through June 2015.  (Note that in the individual response spreadsheets the information is cumulative from graduation through June 2015.)

Of a class of 553 graduates, information was collected on 442, which is a response rate of 79.93 %.  Which is an increase of 8.37% from the previous year.  Of the 442 responding, 223 (50.45 %) reported employed full-time (which is an increase of 9.94% from the class of 2013), 3 (0.68 %) reported military, 24(5.43 %) service program positions, 105 (23.76 %) continuing education, 4 (0.90 %) are not employed and not seeking employment, and 82 (18.55%) are part-time/temporary positions with a total of 441 (99.77 %) reported being situated with 1 (0.23 %) reporting that they are seeking employment.

Salary Information for the Class of 2014

Of the 442 respondents, 208 employed full-time provided salary information which is 47.06 % of the total respondents and 93.27 % of the 223 employed full-time respondents.  For the 208 reporting salary information, the average is $39,784.95 which is a 4.19% decrease from the average of $41,451.61 in 2013.

Career Development surveyed the Class of 2015 at graduation rehearsal

  • Out of 545 graduates in the Class of 2015, 586 or 95.44% responded
  • Those reporting employed decreased 2.5% from 33.9% to 31.4%.
  • Continuing Education decreased 0.87% from 20.32% to 19.45%.
  • Military increased 0.59% from 0.60% to 1.19%.
  • Volunteer/Service program decreased 1.20% from 4.78% to 3.58%.
  • Part-time/Temporary decreased 0.98% from 19.92% to 18.94%.
