Department Report Generator

Department Reports provide summary tables of faculty, majors, graduates, advisees, enrollment, general education contributions, and demographic information about your students. You can generate reports for different time frames and in multiple formats (i.e. pdf, html, docx). These reports are ideal when you just want quick numbers for something like a staffing request or an admissions talk.

GusData Explorer

GusData Explorer can be used to explore college and department data, including enrollment, majors, graduates, advisees, and general education contributions. You can choose different time ranges and course selections. Tutorials are available at https://sites.google.com/gustavus.edu/gusdata.

Custom Reports

You may also have data needs for a specific situation. For example, HES might want to know what LAP students still need to complete FIT/ACT credits or grant writing group may need first-year retention rates for a particular subset of students. For these needs, custom reports can be created. Please submit your request and our office will set up a time to talk more about your project and how we can help.
