Admission Counselor in Admission

Minnesota Territory: Northwest Minnesota

National Territory: Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Liz serves prospective students from North West Minnesota and the states of Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota as an Admission Counselor here at Gustavus.

Joining the Office of Admission after four years as a Gustavus student. While at Gustavus she was an Admission student tour guide and Gustie Guide Coordinator! Liz majored in Elementary Education with an endorsement in mathematics. She spent her time competing in cross country and track as a distance athlete and was a captain for the Gustavus Cross Country team.  She was on the board of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, participated in the handbell choir, and was a board member for the Student Education Association.  She believes Gustavus is an amazing place that lets you be involved in education, athletics, and the arts.  Liz is beyond thrilled to continue her time at Gustavus and help future students fall in love with Gustavus as much as she has. 

Liz is from northern Minnesota and loves spending time on the lake, hiking, camping and spending time with her family and friends.  She also loves running.  She has continued her running career after college as a marathon runner.  One of her new goals is to run all of the world marathons.
