Karin Moreaux ’16Alumni and Faculty
Ms. Karin Moreaux currently conducts the Gustavus Philharmonic Orchestra and is a full-time orchestra teacher in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Ms. Moreaux graduated from Gustavus in 2016 majoring in Music Education with honors in viola performance. She earned her Master of Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020. She hails from St. Louis, Missouri where she grew up playing Suzuki violin (and later viola) in her public elementary school program.
Ms. Dye is an active performer. She plays fiddle in the band St. George's Folly, viola for the Corda String Quartet, and piano at home for her dog Seamus.
