KP began their work with Gustavus in 2019 after receiving a master's degree in K-12 School Counseling. They enjoy working with transfer students and students who are the first in their family to go to college as they are a proud first-generation college graduate themself.

KP enjoys yoga, reading, and all things Minnesota. You can usually find them building lego sets, watching college football, or spending time at the family cabin in Hackensack. KP is proud to be a Gustie by marriage as their wife, Halle (Aplin) Pauly is a 2015 alum!
