Monday, March 18, 2013 (Around 2 years ago)

Join us on Thursday, April 25 for Teachers Talking: Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) projects. The scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) projects apply a scholarly lens to the classroom, testing pedagogical approaches and their impact on student learning by developing a hypothesis, gathering information and studying results. This session will connect faculty around campus to discuss new and/or modified teaching practices that enhance student learning.

The discussion will be facilitated by recent SoTL awardees. Conversation facilitated by Dan Moos (Education and Faculty Associate for Evidence-Based Teaching).

Program runs 11:30 am and again at 12:30 pm. Free lunch at Three Crowns Buffet, meet in St. Peter Room.
