Teachers Talking Fall 2008

Monday, July 28, 2008 (Around 6 years ago)

Ever wonder how the various areas of a college work? What’s happening in higher education? Join us for a special Teachers Talking series this year - we’ve invited all the Vice President’s of the College to talk about their areas: how to recruit a class, how an endowment functions, how to raise money, especially in the current economic climate.

First up, Provost Mary E. Morton on September 17 and 18. Join Provost Morton for a conversation about academic issues and trends in higher education today. In order to allow as many faculty as possible to attend, we have two separate times: Wednesday, September 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (wine and appetizers) and Thursday, September 18 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.
