National Multicultural Institute Annual Conference

Wednesday, February 14, 2007 (Around 8 years ago)

Globalization is impacting our communities and our daily lives. Changing demographics, shifting employment patterns, the challenges in our educational systems, the food we eat and the clothes we wear are just a few examples of the pervasive impact of globalization. Thus, it is critically important that as our population becomes more diverse and as international influences continue to directly affect our communities and culture, we redouble our efforts to create and sustain an inclusive and equitable society. NMCI’s 24th Annual Diversity Leadership Institute will help participants develop both the personal and professional skills to maximize the power of diversity in today’s global society.
