Global Faculty Program

Monday, September 25, 2006 (Around 8 years ago)

The Gustavus Global Faculty Program brings Gustavus students into conversation with outstanding scientists, artists, scholars, authors, teachers and other professionals from around the world. For up to one semester, students in classes at Gustavus engage in discussion, ask questions, and share observations via the Internet with “Global Faculty.” Off-campus participants in this program are nominated by Gustavus faculty members and paid a stipend for their participation.

If you are interested in participating in the Global Faculty Program, please submit a brief application that includes the class, the name, title and affiliation of the potential off-campus faculty participant. Also, please include a description of how the off-campus faculty member will be involved with the on-campus class and how you will assess the impact on student learning. For more information about applying for this program, please see the Faculty Development website.
