Building a Learning-Centered Institution ~ Collaboration Conference

The Collaboration for the advancement of college teaching and learning is holding the 2006 winter conference, topic: Building a Learning-Centered Institution. The conference will be held February 17-18 at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, in Bloomington MN.
There are several pre-conference workshops and concurrent sessions on topics such as addressing ethical instructional issues, grant writing for learning-centered institutions, first-year seminar abc’s, and using service-learning to enhance student learning.
Information and brochures were sent to all department chairs. If you are interested in attending any of the sessions, please contact Cathy Blaukat at ext. 6227 or firstname.lastname@example.org by January 20, so we can make the early bird deadline. Gustavus will pay for your registration to the conference.
