Teachers Talking

Monday, October 10, 2005 (Around 9 years ago)

Join us on November 10th in the Banquet Room at 11:30 or at 12:30 to share your thoughts on academic planning with members of the Academic Planning Subcommittee, which has been charged by the Faculty Senate to draft a document outlining a long-term academic plan for the consideration of the faculty. Among the questions the committee is asking: What does “liberal arts” mean at Gustavus? What would an ideal graduate look like? What role does scholarship and teaching play in fostering the liberal arts? What should be the distinguishing features of a Gustavus education? Good conversation. Free lunch.
