Womyn's Awareness Center

WAC is dedicated to increasing community awareness of women's needs, contributions, and potential for growth and service. The center's underlying assumption is that the advancement of women will benefit all of society. The center is a designated safe place for people of all or no genders interested in womyn's issues to think, discuss, argue, laugh, and freely be themselves. It also serves as a resource center for feminist, reproductive rights, justice, queer, and various other issues.

Queers and Allies (Q&A)

Q&A is a student-led organization that fosters a supportive environment for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, questioning, and allied (GLBTA) students on campus by providing written materials, workshops, and panel discussions on GLBTA. Q&A also facilitates Safe Zone Training to provide a safe place for people to learn and ask questions about the GLTBA community

Heterodoxy

Heterodoxy is a student-run, feminist womyn's journal. Contributions include personal essays, poems, drawings or academic papers. Although the writers call themselves editors, that is not really what they do. The magazine is put together, but submissions are not edited. Heterodoxy is a safe place for all voices to be heard and the editors don't believe it is their job to edit those voices, either for content or for grammar and spelling.

Submissions for Heterodoxy are examined on a case by case basis. The right is reserved to not print any work which is believed to infringe on the rights for any voice to be heard. Work can be printed anonymously, but the editors need to be aware of the identity of the author.
