Moodle 2

Moodle is the Learning Management System used for delivering course materials to students. Moodle's many features allow students to become engaged in their education through forums, wikis, online quizzing, and web resources; and creates collaborative learning environments that empower both teaching and learning.

Moodle can be found at moodle.gac.edu, where you can login with your Gustavus credentials.

How do I transfer my Moodle 1.9 courses to Moodle 2 courses? Wiki and PDF documentation are available.

Where can I download my backed-up courses from Moodle 1.9? Course Download page

Can GTS assist in transferring my courses? Complete the Moodle Course Transfer Form for each course you'd like transferred. Transfers may take a few days to complete - you will be notified via email when the transfer is finished. Once the content has been migrated to the Moodle 2 server, you can then add, delete, and update as needed.

What’s New in Moodle 2.5!

Beginning Fall 2013, Gustavus’ Moodle server will be the “new and improved” version, and we are very excited about the upgrade. The Moodle 2 version has many exciting things that you have been asking for, including:
