Web Print
Web Print allows printing to public access (student) printers without any installation of software or printers. It enables printing for unsupported operating systems, Chrome laptops, old versions of Mac OSX, and anyone who cannot currently print the traditional way.

Using Web Print
In order to use Web Print, you must have the document you want to print saved in an allowed file format on your computer. A list of the allowed file formats is below. File:Printgacedufiletypes3.png
Allowed file formats
- Microsoft Excel: xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx
- Microsoft PowerPoint: pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx
- Microsoft Word: doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, rtf, txt
- PDF: pdf
- Picture Files: bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff
1. Open a web browser and go to print.gac.edu website and log in. File:Printgacedulogin.png
2. When logged in go to the left hand side and choose Web Print.
3. Click Submit a Job, you will be directed you to a page that lists all of the printers. Choose the printer you wish to print to and scroll to the bottom and click Print options and account selection.
4. Put the number of copies you want to print and then click Upload Documents.
5. Drag your file or files to the window, or click Upload from computer, and select the document or documents you wish to print.
6. Click the "Upload & Complete" button to print your document.
7. Release your job/jobs from the Jobs Pending Release queue.
