After-market(Redirected from Third party)

After-market refers to any market where the customers who implement one product or service are likely to purchase a related, follow-on product.

Example

The external monitors, laptops, keyboard, mouse, speakers, power strip, extra computer tower, and headphones would all be examples of After-Market products in this picture.

An example would be as follows: Jim buys a new computer. He then feels the need to have a wireless keyboard and mouse, so he purchases these for his new computer, along with some speakers and a privacy screen. The wireless keyboard, mouse, privacy screen, and speakers are all considered After-Market products.
