Off-campus housing does not require registration to the Gustavus network.
- Try restarting the wireless access point.
- Try connecting to other wireless networks.
- Try plugging your computer into the wireless access point or check to make sure it is properly connected.
- If none of these help, please call the Helpline. Our Core Services staff may be able to help.
- If they are unable to resolve the issue, it is likely that you will need to speak to your Internet Service Provider (e.g. Mediacom,Charter, etc.).
