  • Pick up and Drop Off - You can pick up your loaner laptops anytime after 8 am on the first day or your reservation. We expect them to be returned before 4:30 on the last day or your reservation. Please pick up and return to the Technology Service main office located on the first floor of Olin Hall.
  • Specialized Software or Needs - Please tell us if you need any special software or unique requests.
  • Try it Out - If you are planning to use the laptop away from campus, please be sure to log into the machine before you leave campus while the laptop is connected to the network. If you don't do this, your log in will be unsuccessful off campus.
  • Fees and Charges - There is currently no charge for the use of one of the Loaner Laptops.
  • Lost, Damaged or Missing Equipment - Failure to return any equipment, including the computer sleeve and power adapter, will result in your department being billed for the missing equipment.
  • Data - Before you return the loaner laptop, double check and verify that all of your data has been removed. Once returned the laptops are erased to prepare for the next user.
