Lab Tours

A Lab Tour is the Helpline's way of monitoring residence hall and academic labs. The tours are comprised of touring each lab and reporting and fixing any problems. Lab tours of the various labs are recurring tickets in Fusion and are assigned each week to Helpline workers.
