Event support

Event Services provides event support for a number of events at Gustavus, including the Nobel Conference, Christmas in Christ Chapel, Mayday!, and Commencement. Event Services also provides support for dozens of other events, large and small, throughout the year.

You may request Event Services to assist you with a scheduled event in support of the College's strategic plan. You are responsible for communicating your needs with us. Furthermore, we require two weeks advance notice for all events. Please plan ahead; we need this time to prepare for event setup, including reserving equipment and scheduling staff for the event.

Other event resources

You may find the Event Planning Checklist from the Office of Communications and Marketing helpful when planning your event. This guide includes names and contact information for the staff that schedule many of the rooms on campus. Although this guide does not include all scheduled usage for each room, it includes a basic list of the classes that use each room.
