Event Services provides event support for events at Gustavus. This includes major Institutional events such as the Nobel Conference, Christmas in Christ Chapel, Mayday!, Honors Day, and Commencement. Event Services also provides support for campus, student, community, and private events; large and small, hosted on campus throughout the year.

You may request Event Services to assist you with a scheduled event in support of the College's strategic plan. You are responsible for communicating your needs with us. Furthermore, we require two weeks' advance notice for all events. Please plan ahead; we need this time to prepare for event setup, including reserving equipment and scheduling staff for the event.

How to submit requests

Please visit https://gustavus.edu/events/ and access event planning guides in the navigation pane, and submit space and service requests using the "Request A Space" blue button, or by navigating directly to the form located at https://gustavus.edu/events/reserve/index.php (Gustavus user login required)
