Change windows user password

How to

Computer logons at Gustavus are synchronized with Gustavus User Account or e-mail usernames and passwords for both Macintosh and Windows users. To change your computer log in, you must change your Gustavus User Account (e-mail) password.

To Change Your Gustavus User Account (e-mail) and Computer Login Password

To access your Gustavus User Settings (Gus) Page:

  1. Click on the yellow user icon on the Gustavus homepage (upper right hand corner).
  2. Supply your Gustavus credentials (e-mail username and password).
  3. Click on your image on the home page (upper right hand corner).
  4. Select Gustavus User Settings.

Or visit:gustavus.edu/go/myaccount.

  1. Click Change password.
  2. Follow the prompts.

It's not working

If your email password isn't working for logging into your Gustavus computer, visit the Gustavus User Account page, and click Sync password under the Password section on the left.

  1. Click Sync password.
  2. Follow the prompts.
  3. Reboot your machine and try logging in again.
