Audience response systems(Redirected from Audience Response Systems)
Audience response systems allow real-time statistics to be collected from an audience and displayed (frequently in PowerPoint presentations). Using an audience response system can help to create a more interactive learning experience. The data collected can be used to check comprehension, spark discussion, relate to social norms, and many other aspects of effective teaching.
Audience response systems commonly utilize small handheld devices called clickers to collect data from the audience.
At Gustavus, we use the TurningPoint Audience Response System.
