The storied 54-year existence of the Gustavus Volleyball program is truly special and the 2022 fall season was another to remember. The Gusties concluded the season as MIAC regular season and playoff champions and secured another trip to the NCAA Tournament (for the sixth time in the last seven years) where the team finished Top 32 and received a final ranking of No. 16 in the country. Additionally, the team captured numerous individual awards including, four MIAC All-Conference honors, MIAC Rookie of the Year, MIAC Offensive Player of the Year, MIAC Coach of the Year, three AVCA All-Region honors, one AVCA All-America Honorable Mention, and one AVCA Third-Team All-America. Off the court, 12 Gustie Volleyball Student-Athletes earned Academic All-Conference honors and four were named to the Academic All-District Volleyball Team.

The mission of Gustavus Volleyball values growth, the power of relationships, and a love for the game that drives its student-athletes to pursue a MIAC and National Championship each year. Our goal is that participation on this team provides a joyful and meaningful experience that challenges and empowers its young women towards fulfilling lives beyond the court. Your help is integral in continuing to bring that mission to life for Gustie Volleyball student-athletes. The combination of high inflation and the after-effects of the pandemic have caused costs for travel, equipment and gear to skyrocket — especially for small colleges. Your support will help provide the resources we need to continue to function at an elite level, including resources like:

• Positional coaches
• Travel expenses, especially buses and hotel rooms
• A new camera & video system
• New balls
