The Hidden Stories of St. Peter's Immigrants

Maddalena Marinari (History) and Joaquin Villanueva (Geography) will speak on "The Hidden Stories of St. Peter's Immigrants.” The presentation will outline an ongoing research project, which Joaquin and Maddalena will conduct in collaboration with Gustavus undergraduate students during the summer of 2017. They will undertake interviews and create oral histories to document immigrant life in St. Peter. This presentation is an opportunity to introduce the project to the Gustavus and St. Peter community and to gather feedback and input from the audience. All are invited to attend this Möbius Initiative event.
